Happy House

 

It all started with a very special gift that I wanted to present in a very special setting that would fit my 70s time-capsule room: The Siouxsie And The Banshees* – 香港庭園 = Hong Kong Garden 7", 45 RPM vinyl single from 1978.

So I went to the Swedish furniture store to get some inspiration. I had only one condition: it had to be colorful and spread good cheer.

And I was quite surprised by how many great colorful home accessories there actually are!

The product range extends from kitschy to useful.. 

... From sunny yellow kitchens, to maximalist seating areas, to colorful, cozy sleeping arrangements..

... and countless decorative items for every budget.

 I bought some kitchen utensils for my Foodᵒᵍʳᵃᵖʰʸ Pinterest board and also found a suitable frame and passe-partout for my special vinyl record in another furniture store.

My hunger for dopamine vibes was completely satisfied, and as soon as I got home, I photographed the strawberry yogurt chocolate for my Foodᵒᵍʳᵃᵖʰʸ  board with the new Happy House items.
