Only black Nail polish for me, please!

For me, as a bassist, there's really only one way I can have my fingernails: short. 

Acrylic nails would be a complete waste; they wouldn't withstand the strain of picking guitar strings. 

For pretty much the same reason, I rarely paint my nails, but when I do, it's black of course.

What I particularly like is that, as someone who prefers an alternative look, I don't have to worry about it looking pretty or precise... quite the opposite: only a few days after applying the nail polish, my nails look really perfect to me.
