My take on punk tartan

 Lately I've been doing researches about how "Tartan" has been worn through European history in general, but more explicitly in recent subculture fashion.

 I own a red Stewart tartan blazer that I really love because it's such an absolute timeless piece of fashion, and this is the way I use to wear it.  

I'm still unsure whether I should buy a kilt, so far I've paired the jacket with black skinny pants or leather pants. I attached a safety pin with chains to a button to give the jacket a personalised look and to create a punk vibe ⛓

For an evening I prefer to style it with a Victorian style blouse, but for a more casual look, I'd rather combine it with a simple black t-shirt, maybe with some coloured punk print
