Brian Griffin, the British photographer who designed the artwork for the first five albums for Depeche Mode in the 1980s, died on Monday at the age of 75.

Griffin was artistically responsible for the cover design of the albums “Speak & Spell”, “A Broken Frame”, “Construction Time Again”, “Some Great Reward” and “Black Celebration”.
